Why do I need to open checkout and then close on the Cashfree page?
This creates a draft order on the new server so we can match it with your old payment. We’ll then manually enable your downloads — no extra payment required.
What proof of payment is acceptable?
Bank app screenshot, SMS/Email confirmation, payment gateway receipt, or an invoice email from us. Please ensure the amount, date, and last 4 digits of the transaction ID are visible (you may blur other sensitive info).
How long does it take?
We typically review and restore access as soon as we verify your payment details on business days.
Privacy
We only use your information to restore your purchase access. Screenshots and details are kept confidential and deleted after verification.
